The Pit Stop
The Pit Stop is the hub of the community at Charleston Toy Box. Think of it as a community center for all the owners at the Toy Box. A place you can gather, share , relax, put your feet up and just enjoy the camaraderie of the community.
The Pit Stop features an open floor plan space with a modern feel. We wanted to create a space on the property that has a relaxed atmosphere ideal for intimate conversations, small get togethers and private indoor / outdoor events. The Pit Stop is 2,068 square feet and has 2 floors. On the first floor you’ll find a kitchen area, a conference room, restrooms, multiple big screen TVs and an office suite while the second floor will be the mezzanine and lounge area with a balcony that overlooks the Great Lawn and the entire Toy Box facility.
Polish to 800 Grit
- You can polish a concrete garage floor to a brilliant shine. Polished garage floors resist staining and are easier to clean.
Polished concrete has a modern, sophisticated appearance, and the polishing process can improve the overall condition of the material. Additional higher grits (1500, 3,000) for additional $.75/sqft. Add stain $1.25/sqft.
Flake/Chip Floor System
- 100% solids epoxy with polyaspartic topcoat. Epoxy cove base $21/ linear ft
